DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A GREAT MOVIE EXPERIENCE
Movies
Discounts - Based on age are as follows: children 11 and under, seniors 60 and above. Anyone in the military will receive the senior priced ticket. The military discount extends to the entire party. Military ID must be present. Children of ages 3 and under are subject to a free admission, if they are sitting on parent/guardian's lap during the entirety of the film.
Passes - Passes can only be redeemed day of showing. We reserve the right to not accept a pass at any time. Service charges may apply, as written on pass.
Rated R Movies - Rated R Movies must be 17 years of age to buy one R-rated movie ticket. Must be 18 years or older to buy multiple R-rated tickets.
Refunds - If a customer chooses to leave their show, we will refund the ticket amount only within the first 30 minutes of the show. Exceptions may be made in case of emergency.
Loyalty Card - Loyalty SWAG Card must be presented before payment in order to receive points or rewards.
Concessions
Refills - All large concession items are allowed one free refill during visit. No refills will be given to items that have left the building.
Outside Food And Beverages - No outside food and beverages will be permitted without approval by management.
No Alcohol - No alcohol is permitted at Cumberland12 Cinemas without approval by management.
Loyalty Card - Loyalty SWAG Card must be presented before payment in order to receive points or rewards.
Customer Conduct
Behavior - Disruptive or destructive actions will not be tolerated (e.g. talking, kicking seats, putting feet on backs of chairs, etc.).
Cellphone Use - Cellphone use will not be permitted once theater lights go down.
Recording Devices - No recording devices are permitted during the movie.
Attire
Proper Attire - While on Cumberland12 Cinemas property, shoes, shirts, and pants must be worn appropriately.
Costumes - Cumberland12 Cinemas reserves the right to require that masks be removed. No costumes may feature weapons without approval by management.
Consequences
Prohibited items may be confiscated and customer may be dismissed without refund. Prohibited actions may lead to dismissal without refund.
